Heavy rain overnight-innkeeper suggests we don’t attempt
full rigorous 30 km gruelling walk-we are both disappointed though I suspect my
Sherpa is coming down with mountain lassitude. Innkeeper drives us to Germil
and we walk over top of mountain and end up in Brufe at gourmet
restaurant-Village Pullet and Wild(crashing) Boar+bottle of Vinho Verde-Sherpa
has now succumbed to stage 3 mountain lassitude and is becoming increasingly
difficult to control-back to gourmet restaurant-disappointing meal of bowl of
hot olive oil with codfish and the traditional grilled gristle.
